Dr . Alexander David Landfield

Medical Director

Dr. Landfield is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. He studied at Clemson University, graduating Cum Laude with a B.A. in Biological Sciences and a minor in Philosophy. He completed medical school at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, followed by an Internship and Residency in Neurology at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, OR.
After practicing at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, TX — where he served as director of the stroke program — he returned to Kentucky in 2013. He then practiced with Baptist Neurology Consultants in Lexington and founded Kentucky Neurology and Rehab in January 2016.
He later joined Clark Regional Medical Center, bringing more than 20 years of clinical experience. He is one of only seven neurologists board-certified by the UCNS in headache medicine in Kentucky, and one of only three in central Kentucky.
His board certifications include Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine, and Headache Medicine. He also has a background in clinical research and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
