We ship all orders via USPS and provide a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking information.
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. At that point, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number to file a claim or investigation. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are reported missing by the customer.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Rooted Wellness does not accept returns but for extenuating circumstances, including shortages, damages and incorrect items. Claims must be made within five (5) days of delivery. Rooted Wellness does not resell returned items.
